"Since we've put iCoachFirst in place I've seen a big change in the way our leaders and employees are using goals to drive daily results. Previously, goals were set at the begining of the year and the process was rigid and didn't allow for changes as needed. By the time we would review performance against them at the end of the year, they were often outdated and misaligned to the work that had been done throughout the year.
