Darcy Jacobsen is a writer with a background in research on employee talent management and recognition. She was chief analyst and writer for the Globoforce Workforce Mood Tracker Surveys and for bi-annual research and report conducted with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Darcy is the author of papers such as: “The Science of Happiness: How to Build a Killer Culture in Your Company” and “The Manager’s Field Guide to Recognition.” She has hosted webinars on reward, recognition and feedback through forums that include: HR.com, Talent Management Magazine, and Chief Learning Officer.
