In this newly created role, Zadow will lead all aspects of TalentFirst’s global marketing strategy, including branding, demand generation, communications and product marketing. She will report directly to CEO Rishav Gupta.
Zadow brings more than 20 years of experience to TalentFirst. Most recently, she served as vice president of marketing and executive director of WorkHuman at Globoforce, the world’s leading provider of social recognition solutions. At the helm of WorkHuman, Zadow spearheaded the movement to galvanize organizations and leaders worldwide to create a more human workplace, and hosted the WorkHuman live conference in 2015 and 2016. An accomplished thought leader and communicator on workforce issues, Zadow has been a featured HR conference speaker and contributor and was also recently named among the top “Women in HR Technology to Watch” by Recruiting Daily.
